OK, discussed with Joni today. I think we have a pretty good explanation:
Possibly the pin connecting the tail shaft with the tail pulley came loose. This would explain why it struck like lightning from a blue sky, and why the tail end is completely torn apart.

Sorry to say but you dont get far with those methods.Instead you shoud do as I have adviced on past at lennokit.net`s topic.
You will find it here http://lennokit.net/showthread.php?t=28308...sorry only finnish but perhaps you get it.
Just grind my friend as you have seen done to stabilizer bar at factory.(Drilling a spot to axle for srew head will do also)Forget all other methods  BTW..This conserns all scraptor`s with this type tail.(30-90 Size)

P.S Look closely the other half of tail assembly and you see why I had to find a better solution for this structure.Max 1 gallon more and tail has been in two peaces.

This is the full flight you will see me land and needle the motor lean a few clicks, the motor sounds cleaner and pulled allot harder for me
The vid quality is not that great but just listens to that motor go

Ja vielä 620 SABit, 2cm pidemmät ja tunkeutuvat näin ollen peräputken reviirille aikaisemmin... Mielenkiintoinen juttu, mistähän johtu...

Raptor flies again, limiter works.
Not sure if it was the needle mod or the breaking-in, but now the TT 50 also works on a cooler plug (OS #8). Have to try 30 % nitro, could use some more power...

Nice to hear, what limiter you use? RevMax? With OS there is no need to use 30% nitro, you get same power with 20%, I don't know how it is with TT 50, maybe it likes more nitro . With RevMax you get feeling like you have more power with same fuel.

Yes, Revmax. I'll have to try tomorrow again, with a flat 100 throttle curve.
It's now set up for 1800 RPM, but it already bogs when I go into loops etc. Oh well, maybe I'll have to get the OS engine. Or learn to fly less heavy-handed.
