I flew it today at Hentta.
The heli didn't give any trouble, but there were some small episodes with the starter ... one of them: accidentally assembled it the wrong way, so it ran backwards ::)
and, the last auto with motor off went a bit short, so it already chopped some grass.

At least for the picture, if you look closely it turns out the canopy mounts are too short.
It was butt-ugly already on my late Raptor, and didn't get any better ::) Can't get enough of that cheap carbon-imitate windshield...

Well observed :) But, this isn't bling:
In my late Raptor, the carburator barrel had a tendency to get stuck at a certain angle. Quite annoying - suddenly, power was gone.
I fixed that with push-pull. And since I'm reusing the old motor, the same might happen here, therefore push-pull again.
BTW, did anybody already notice that Align and TT ball links are incompatible? HIGHLY annoying...

Sama juttu Redline motissa, kaasarin sylinterillä on taipumusta kulua ja jumittua ilman push pull linkistöä. Halpa ja helppo tapa ehkäistä ongelmia.

yeah, that must have been annoying. Which reminds me, ot of course, i once forgot to secure throttle servo horn on my 600n. Well, it detached but luckily the throttle stuck to below hover level and i was able to poke the throttle shut with a broom stick...
