need your guru help
I have Goblin 630 aling 800mx motor 8)
SK 720 reports 8 of 10 vibs with blades, :o and 7 of 10 vibration without motor belt :o :-\
motor producing a lot of vibration
what to do?

Is it crashed at some point? Shaft can be bent and you can replace it. Bearings can also be the cause. I think that align sell those in set of 2 bearings and shaft. At least thats what they do fo smaller motors.
Align motors are not always so balanced and they can cause vibs even when they are new.
Align had big vibe problems with their 600mx motors.

If it's not crashed and is new i would try to replace it with warranty

Go with doc. Replacing shaft & bearings is relatively easy. It's very hard to see any defects in balance after a crash in a motor, it really does not need to be bent much to cause a shitstorm of vibrations. Had one with a fraction of mm shift and vibrated a lot.

at the moment motor is new, just put it 2 days ago and on moment of check there was no main belt
so motor is spining by it self, no connection to the gears
Should I ask to relace it on waranty?

Did the vibrations start after you got the "new" engine for the heli?
If so, check and re-check installation, "borrow" a replacement from a friend....
No vibs, when running with "friends" motor?
If that's (motor) the reason You have just found the cause ----------->warranty replacement.
With a different engine, and the problem still remains... Deep breaths and start to invent the wheel again.
These are shitty problems, you are one of the lucky, you had the brains to share this with us :)

If you have a v-bar with pro f/w you can just take both blades of and connect it to your laptop. Then open v-bar vibration analyzer and then you see the vibration frequenzy. Then you know what to blame.
